This project is a hotel building designed in 2022 AD, located at Bouddha, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a modern hotel suitable for hospitality use.

The building is developed up to the fifth floor with an additional top floor and includes a basement level for parking. The design follows a modern architectural style with functional layouts, comfortable guest spaces, and efficient circulation.

The structure is supported by a raft footing system to ensure stability and even load distribution. The ground floor has a plinth area of 2,658.64 sq. ft. Overall, the project is planned to provide a well-organized, durable, and welcoming hotel environment.
