This project is a residential refurbishment designed in 2024 AD, located at Fulbari, Bouddha, Kathmandu. The scope of work involves upgrading and improving an existing building rather than new construction.

The building, consisting of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor, has been refurbished into a modern classic style. The design blends contemporary comfort with classic architectural details, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the residence.

The ground floor has a plinth area of 1,686.39 sq. ft. Overall, the refurbishment focuses on improving space quality, visual appeal, and livability while respecting the original structure of the building.
