This project is a residential building designed in 2024 AD, located at Ranibari, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a modern-style residential building.

The structure is supported by an isolated foundation to ensure stability and safety. The ground floor has a plinth area of 1,196.72 sq. ft. Overall, the project is planned to provide comfortable and functional living spaces suitable for modern residential use.
