This project is a hospitality building designed in 2024 AD, located at Fulbari, Bouddha, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a three-storey building with a semi-basement level.

The building features a new classical and traditional architectural style, blending refined classical elements with traditional design to create a warm and welcoming character suitable for hospitality use. The structure is supported by a combination of raft foundation and isolated foundation to ensure strength and stability.

The ground floor has a plinth area of 1,446.67 sq. ft. The overall design focuses on comfortable spaces, functional planning, and an architectural style that complements the cultural context of the Bouddha area.
