This project is a hospitality building with the ground floor designed for rental use, planned in 2024 AD and located at Tushal, Bouddha, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a five-and-a-half-storey building with one basement level.

The building follows a Tradon architectural style, combining traditional and modern design elements. Sloped roofs inspired by Tibetan architecture are incorporated as per the client’s requirements, giving the building a distinctive character while maintaining modern functionality.

Basement parking is provided to efficiently manage vehicle movement, along with additional surface parking at ground level. The structure is supported by a raft foundation to ensure stability and proper load distribution.

The site area of the project is 3,425.87 sq. ft. The ground floor has a plinth area of 1,945.51 sq. ft. with a surface parking area of 582.57 sq. ft. The basement floor area is 2,360.89 sq. ft., with a dedicated parking area of 2,388.70 sq. ft. Overall, the design focuses on practicality, cultural character, and comfort, making it suitable for hospitality use in the Bouddha area.
