This project is a modern mixed-use residential building designed in 2024 AD, located at Swayambhu, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a five-storey building with one basement, planned to suit a dense urban environment.

The building follows a modern architectural style with efficient space planning, good natural lighting, and proper ventilation. The ground floor is designed for shop use, providing commercial space, while the upper floors are used for residential purposes.

A basement level is included for parking, ensuring organized and convenient vehicle access. The building has a plinth area of 1,417.96 sq. ft., and the overall design focuses on functionality, safety, and a clean, contemporary appearance suitable for mixed-use development.
