This project is a residential building designed in 2024 AD, located at Nakkhudole, Lalitpur. The scope of work includes new construction of a modern-style building.

The building consists of a ground floor and two additional floors, making a total of three floors. The design follows a modern architectural approach with simple forms, efficient space planning, and good natural light and ventilation.

The structure is supported by a combination of isolated and combined footings to ensure structural strength and stability. The ground floor has a plinth area of 1,068.55 sq. ft. Overall, the project is designed to provide comfortable and functional residential spaces suitable for modern living.
