This project is a modern hospitality and residential building designed in 2024 AD, located at Thahity, Kathmandu. The scope of work includes new construction of a five-storey building planned for mixed hospitality and residential use.

The building follows a modern architectural style with efficient space planning, good natural lighting, and proper ventilation. The ground floor is designed for commercial use such as shops, while the upper floors are intended for hospitality and residential purposes.

A basement level is provided for parking to ensure convenient and organized vehicle access. The structure is supported by a raft foundation to ensure stability and proper load distribution. The building has a plinth area of 1,456.94 sq. ft., and the overall design focuses on functionality, safety, and a clean, contemporary appearance suitable for an urban environment.
